Standard delivery within the UK is £3.95 unless there are any current site offers offering free postage and packing on orders over a certain amount. If in the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with the delivery charges then you have the right to cancel your order. No cost will be incurred by yourself should you decide to cancel your order. If you would like your order on an Express service please contact a member of the Wild Organics Team who will be happy to give you a cost.
Shipping costs are calculated after you process your order based on the approximate weight of the package. It is not possible to calculate the cost of delivery, until we actually know what items have been ordered to obtain the weight of the package, therefore a member of the Wild Organics team will contact you once you've placed your order (typically within 24 hours) with an accurate price for the cost of delivery. We are sorry to say that if your billing address or your delivery address are in the United States of America, Guam, Panama Canal Zone, the Virgin Islands (of the USA), the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico or the American Samoan Islands (hereafter collectively called 'the US countries') or the software running this website thinks you are viewing this website from within one of the US countries we are unable to supply our products to you. This is because we are not associated with Wild Organics, Inc and we respect the Intellectual Property rights of that company in the US countries.
Items delivered by the Express service are usually delivered next working day, if the order was placed before 1000GMT (mon-thur), but please allow up to 72 hours for delivery if you live in more desolate areas of the country. We aim to deliver within 5-7 working days of order confirmation for smaller items delivered using our Standard Delivery, although we ask that you allow 14 days for delivery before contacting customer services on 01955 606 061.
Wild Organics offers either airmail (if using the Express service) or surface mail postage (if using Standard Delivery) for items that are required to be delivered outside the United Kingdom.
